RETURNS

In accordance with the law, each consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of receipt of the package. Goods sent back for return should be in an unchanged state (except for changes that were necessary in the ordinary management games) - this also applies to the packaging of the goods. Together with the returned product or products, the Customer is obliged to return all products he received free of charge.
Products purchased "On request" are not subject to return in accordance with the law.
For registered customers there is a possibility to make a return/reclamation through the customer panel - "returns" tab.

Purchased goods together with a completed and handwritten signed form should be sent back to the following address:

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent to us in the form of "cash on delivery" or to a parcel machine.
To improve and speed up the procedure of returning the goods, please attach to the parcel completed and signed withdrawal from the contract and proof of purchase which will significantly speed up the work of the returns department.
Returned by the Customer Goods should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring no damage to the shipment during transport.
We return the money to the bank account within 14 days.
Refunds are made to the bank account number indicated in the return form.

COMPLAINT FORM

The Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring no damage to the parcel during transport.
We will consider the complaint within 14 days and inform you of its results by e-mail.
